Are you feeling ready for a reset?
Is your body craving some time to rest and just be?
When we allow ourselves time to rest, that’s when our inner truth, knowing and knowledge come to the surface.
We have all of the answers inside of us. We just have to dig deep and be still to hear the inherent wisdom our bodies and intuition offer.
This fall we will be shedding whatever doesn’t serve us in our Asheville, NC fall retreat. Allowing ourselves time to rest and let go so our own inherent wisdom can come to the surface.
Like leaves falling to the ground we will be letting go of anything heavy that’s holding us back from our truest potential. We will shed fears, untrue beliefs, anger, etc. We will forgive ourselves and others freely. We will move into love in our own unique ways.
This retreat will get us ready for winter, a time to recluse and nest.
A time to heal and slow down so when spring comes around we’re refreshed and ready for new beginnings!

What's included?

5 days and 4 nights stay in a private home nestled in the woods.

Three delicious and nourishing meals a day (mostly plant based). Starting with dinner on Thursday through breakfast on Monday morning. (We can accommodate dietary restrictions)

Guided outdoor hiking adventure in the Blue Ridge Mountains

Daily guided yoga asana practices. All levels welcome, no experience necessary.

Daily workshops that deepen your understanding of yourSelf.

Prema Breathwork Session - This sacred healing practice is offered to assist you in releasing any blocks, to work towards healing past traumas, and to awaken the soul.

Community Rate
This is for those who have limited financial resources or who just need a little extra help

Standard Rate
This is the standard, "at-cost" rate that covers all of the expenses for the retreat.

This is for those who have a little extra to give & supports someone coming at the community rate.
Step Two: Pick Your Bed
Single Bed
Twin sized bunk bed spaces available to those who prefer individual sleeping arrangements.
Shared Bed
Queen size or larger shared bed options available to those open to sharing or who will be coming with a friend.
I'm Flexible!
I am open to sleeping in any of the sleeping arrangements and will take whatever option is available!

In order to complete your registration a $300 deposit is required.
