A true observer and listener, Lindsay has always been tuned into the world around her, gracefully building her presence. A mysterious creature, she's full of quiet surprises, a vibrant sense of humor, and an insatiable curiosity. Her adventurous spirit contrasted with her calm and stoic presence make her an all-embracing person to connect and work with.

Home is where the heart is, unless you are from North Carolina, then that’s where it will always lie. NC has always been home to Lindsay but her roots spread far and wide across the country. Traveling to new places just wasn’t enough so she opted to spend her twenties moving around in an effort to immerse herself in new regions, new adventures and new communities. Lindsay has lived in Denver Colorado, The Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming, Key Largo Florida, and Flagstaff Arizona, making her no stranger to the vastness our country has to offer all the while expanding her soul along the way.

From a young age, Lindsay has always been artistic and imaginative. Her creative nature brought her to study Art in college at Western Carolina University. And like most college students do, she changed her major to study Recreational Therapy. During college, Lindsay spent most of her time exploring the mountains of Western North Carolina, pursuing her interest in photography, igniting her passion for rock climbing and beginning to dive into the practice of yoga. Graduating in 2013 with a Bachelors of Science and a minor in Art, Lindsay set off to work in the field of Recreational Therapy for a couple years as she searched for her niche within the practice. That’s when the whispers began to expand herself in new ways. So this is when her travels began and she set out to move around the country and work within the tourism industry in order to have adventures herself and to share that with others.

In 2019, after participating in a yoga and wellness retreat with her best friend (you guessed it…) Heather, they both decided to pursue their training to become yoga instructors. Lindsay completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training in Costa Rica under the guidance of her teacher, and dear friend, Leila Dylla. This prompted a massive shift in her personal life and in her understanding of what path she wanted to take. In 2021, Lindsay took her studies further and completed an Immersive Breathwork training in The Bahamas and became a Certified Facilitator in a specialized form of Holotropic Breathwork called Prema Breath. This particular practice was a key element in her personal healing journey and is a powerful and potent offering that she is honored to share and carry others through.

Yoga and Breathwork stand at the forefront of her offerings but there are a number of additional practices that Lindsay explores and offers. Cooking and Baking have been a passion of hers specifically for the past four years for her. Exploring her own nutrition and diet, Lindsay has come to love being in the kitchen and exploring her creativity through meal making and baking goodies. Lindsay enjoys cooking for her retreats and also offers this to others. Along with that, she has a passion for reading Tarot and Oracle cards and has been rooted in this practice for years now. She offers personal readings and deeply enjoys sharing the insights that this practice has to share… which often has her laughing at the irony of how ‘spot on’ this can be.

Through her offerings, Lindsay is drawn to working towards self-empowerment, using your voice, staying rooted in connection (whether that is with the self or with others), moving through grief, creating relentless gratitude, remaining connected to the breath (our life force), among many other focuses.

She is no stranger to doing the things that scare her and that's one of the driving forces that has led her to live a life of fulfillment. From rock climbing a thousand foot wall in Red Rock Canyon, to rappelling down waterfalls, to packing her car and moving across the country alone... Lindsay believes in taking the leaps, making the harder choice, and pushing yourself to step outside of your comfort zone. Growth never came from complacency...
