A WELLNESS AND YOGA RETREAT FOR WOMEN

MAY 12 - 18, 2024

Join us this spring for an east coast yoga and wellness retreat
at the Outer Banks in North Carolina.

It will be a week full of intention through yoga practices, guided breathwork,
in-depth workshops, creative play, sunshine, and healing ocean time.

When we allow ourselves time to rest, that’s when our inner truth, knowing and knowledge come to the surface.


We have all of the answers inside of us. We just have to dig deep and be still to hear the inherent wisdom our bodies and intuition offer.


Sometimes you just have to let life's waves take you. Stop fighting and rest long enough to be able to float. So, join us in releasing whatever weight we're fighting with thats keeping us from being afloat and holding us back from our truest potential. Allowing our own inherent wisdom to come to the surface. We will move into love for ourselves and others slowly, and in our own unique ways.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • 7 days and 6 nights stay in a private home nestled within walking distance to Corolla Beach.

  • Three delicious and nourishing meals a day (mostly plant based) (We can accommodate dietary restrictions)

  • Guided Wild Horse Safari Tour- Custom Open Air Beach Safari Cruiser, with a Local & Professional Tour guide, to cover 20 to 30 miles on the North Beach while learning about the area and viewing the Colonial Spanish Mustangs.

  • Daily guided yoga asana practices. All levels welcome, no experience necessary.

  • Daily workshops that deepen your understanding of yourSelf.

  • Prema Breathwork Session - This sacred healing practice is offered to assist you in releasing any blocks, to work towards healing past traumas, and to awaken the soul.

  • Transportation to and from the Norfolk, Virginia airport.

  • Personalized gifts to take home to remember the experience by.

  • Photos from the experience shared with you afterwards.

Community Rate

This is for those who have limited financial resources or who just need a little extra help

Standard Rate

This is the standard, "at-cost" rate that covers all of the expenses for the retreat.

Spread the Love Rate

This is for those who have a little extra to give & supports someone coming at the community rate.

STEP TWO: PICK YOUR BED

Single Bed

Twin sized bunk bed spaces available to those who prefer individual sleeping arrangements.

Shared Bed

Queen size or larger shared bed options available to those open to sharing or who will be coming with a friend.

I'm Flexible!

I am open to sleeping in any of the sleeping arrangements and will take whatever option is available!

In order to complete your registration a $300 deposit is required.
