Join us for a week of magic...

We rarely allow ourselves time to slow down. And when we do we are often tired, overworked, overwhelmed and unmotivated.

What if you were given the chance to rest?

A time to just be, and feel, and do what felt best for you.

A time to reflect, to create, to move freely.

A time to retreat from all the obligations and pressures of life.

What if you had a chance to actually slow down?

To catch your breath.

To listen to yourself.

To reconnect with your intuition, your inner child, and your creative side.

A time for YOU to be taken care of.

A time for YOU to be put first.

A time for YOUR needs to be met fully.

What if that chance were here...

Stunning Landscapes

Acadia National Park is truly a unique and diverse landscape offering coastal experiences while having the rich woodland feels. Get lost exploring the many rock formations or spend the day trekking through the pines.

Crown Jewel of the North Atlantic Coast

This popular and stunning destination is marked by woodland, rocky beaches, and glacier-scoured granite peaks such as Cadillac Mountain, the highest point on the United States East Coast.

Katelin Farrell-Davis

Katelin (aka Kat) is a poet, photographer and mother who lives in southern Maine. She works as an embodied poetry coach, helping others design both poems and publications. She is the co-founder of Flowering Bodies, a virtual gathering place for fellow mothers and writers. She engages with poetry as a way of life- a form of mindfulness of her own creation.

Katelin will be teaching two workshops throughout the Awaken Wellness Maine retreat. These workshops will be centered around themes of cultivating beauty out of what's on hand, utilizing poetry as a form of mindfulness, and exploring the language of intuition. Each of these workshops comes packed with practices and provocations for you to pack away and pull out as daily life unfolds. Tools to enhance your mindfulness practice, or as Henry Miller puts it, to make living itself the art. You can learn more about her work here...
